Social Responsibility

Social Responsibility: To develop our staff members, their skills and the types of jobs within the company.

1. Integration of social concerns at every level (use of ergonomics in our tools, creation of dedicated training rooms, Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility training for everyone, and even the appointment of a company social worker)
2. Encouraging everyone to share in the company values
3. Foster team work for all Opteven projects
4. Cultivate staff members through personal development: internal promotions as often as possible, foundation training program over 4 years with a minimum of 1 training course per year per employee.
5. Use of internal talents for community projects, which help us to improve the quality of life in and out of the company, while also helping employees become aware of other external non-profit organizations.
